Märchen-Extra
Reading

Duration: app. 60 minutes
Fairy tales hold a special fascination. Who says that they are only for little children? Reading out fairy tales creates a special atmosphere. But what are fairy tales? Of course, we all know Grimm’s Märchen, the tales by Hans Christian Andersen and even fairy tales from foreign countries are not unknown for us. What characterises fairy tales? That they are »true« in a higher sense? That they are only something dreamt-of, hoped for, far from reality – just »fairy tales«? During the festival you can listen to stories, fairy tales, the unbelievable, magical, questionable, funny and creepy…
